In celebration of the Aggao Nac Cagayan, the Provincial Learning and Research Center spearheaded a Storytelling Session in the morning of July 26, 2014. USL’s Director of Libraries Venus Guyos and Elementary School Library Head Arlyn Cristobal were the storytellers. The audiences are groups of day care pupils from the different Day Care Centers in the Province of Cagayan. The activity was done in the Activity Center of Paseo Reale Tuguegarao.
