elib USA Seemingly, the University Libraries cannot get enough. Just recently, the Thomas Jefferson Information Center granted the USL Libraries two access accounts to elib USA, a database of online American resources. elib USA is a gateway to Information Resource Centers, American Corners, and other American Spaces around the world, the same information centers accessible to Americans in their public libraries.
