University Libraries Recently Received Book Donations
The University Libraries just recently received book donations from Philippine Library Materials Project Foundation, Inc. (PLMP).As an active PLMP member, the library was chosen the priority recipient over the materials. The total number of books received is six hundred eleven (611) titles and six hundred thirty three 633 volumes. Thus PLMP helps our library expands library resources and improves our research capabilities by obtaining library materials abroad. You can now access the list of said books here.
Librarians Make the Heart Beat
“Going back to the basics to move forward in the field of librarianship”. This was the theme of the two day seminar spearhead by the University Libraries workforce in tandem with the newbie Student Organization of Library and Information Science (SOLIS) held at the University’s Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo on September 8-9, 2011.
University Libraries Joins the CICM Consortium
The University Libraries of USL together with the four libraries of its sister schools namely, Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Saint May’s University in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya and Saint Louis College in City of San Fernando, La Union have successfully established the CICM Consortium.
