REEL THE LIBRARY: VIDEO PROMO CHALLENGE

The College Library successfully conducted the “REEL THE LIBRARY: VIDEO PROMO CHALLENGE” from July 1 to 15, 2026. The activity was organized to promote the library’s resources, services, facilities, and programs through creative and engaging digital content. It also aimed to enhance students’ digital literacy, creativity, and communication skills by encouraging them to use social media as a platform for information dissemination.

The activity was open to college students who could participate individually or in groups. The submitted entries were evaluated based on three criteria: Creativity and Originality (30%), Content Relevance and Accuracy (50%), and Technical Quality (20%). These criteria allowed the entries to be assessed based on their creativity, effectiveness in presenting library-related information, and overall technical execution.

The activity provided students with an opportunity to present the library from their own perspectives and demonstrate how digital media can be used to promote library services and encourage greater library awareness. The submitted videos reflected the participants’ creativity and willingness to contribute to the promotion of the College Library.
