Mr. Michael A. Pinto, the Director of Libraries was elected Chairman of the House of Delegates which serves as the legislative body of the Philippine Librarian Association Inc. (PLAI) last November 18, 2010 at the Waterfront Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City. The election was held during the PLAI National Congress and the new set of officers shall be serving the association for 2011-2012.
