The USL College Library conducted "Who's Who in the Philippines: A History of Great Leaders" on January 30, 2025, at the 2nd floor college library. This contest highlighted influential Filipino leaders and their contributions to the nation's development.
Beyond honoring great leaders, the activity aimed to inspire students to read more books on history, leadership and nation-building. By engaging with these stories, students gained knowledge and developed a deeper appreciation for reading as a tool for learning and growth.

Ms. Antonettemarie D. Malana, SACE Librarian, spearheaded the activity. Students from the different college departments participated in the activity. Winners received school supplies and certificates. The activity was evaluated by the participants generally as STRONGLY AGREE.

In celebration of the 34th Library and Information Services Month with the theme “LibVOCACY: Unity Towards Inclusive and Empowered Libraries,” the USL College Library held the World Map Tour Contest on November 28, 2024, at the Bishop Constant Jurgens Campus (BCJC) Library.
Participants received "passports" to explore the world, with objectives: to foster learning, identify UN member flags, and enhance global knowledge.
The activity was spearheaded by Mrs. Alma Iquin, SABH Librarian, and was participated by college students from the BCJ Campus.
Certificates of Recognition, prizes, and a 5-day borrowing extension, while non-winners received Certificates of Participation and a 3-day borrowing extension.
The activity was evaluated by the participants generally as STRONGLY AGREE.
The following emerged as champions:
