University Libraries’ Social Action Programs Conducted in 3 Communities
The University of Saint Louis (USL) Libraries had successfully conducted the first wave of the Project Build and Beautify Libraries (BBL) at St. Francis Academy in Rizal, Cagayan held on Oct. 15, 2019.
Ms. Mary Angelique H. Baylon, serials librarian, along with four other library staff, spearheaded the said activity. Technical services such as accessioning, labeling, cataloging, and classifying of library materials were conducted by the group.
Ms. Monalisa Gundan, library in-charge, had her orientation with regard to the services towards the continuity of processes in accessioning of the school’s library materials. The Project BBL at the said school started last school year 2018-2019.
